How do I interpret sleep data on WatchOS 9?

Is there a guide by Apple to interpret the new sleep data of WatchOS 9?

I was really excited about the sleep tracking but is having 58min (12%) of Deep sleep, 4.5hrs (56%) of Core sleep etc “good” or “bad”? These absolute numbers don’t tell me anything about my sleep and my sleep quality.

I would like to see a score of my sleep quality or similar to help me make sense of this raw data.

Other 3rd party articles talk about stage 1-4 sleep and it’s not clear how that translates to Apple’s sleep stages. So I can’t even use other guides to make sense of the data.

A bit disappointed that Apple didn’t think of the user’s experience of understanding the data and helping us take actions to improve sleep quality.

Any sleep experts here that can help me make sense of this data dump?

Thanks!
