Wi-Fi is important with any device that has the capability, so let's team up to get it working right on your Mac. To start, we weren't able to find anything on the message you're seeing under the 'Wi-Fi info tab', but we'd like to help rule out some basics, along with better understanding what's happening:

1. What exactly occurs when you try connecting to Wi-Fi from your Mac, and does it occur with other Wi-Fi networks?
2. If you already have the latest version available for your Mac, then we recommend a restart. Check out the section 'Restart' here: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac
3. If you run Connection Doctor, what does it show is the issue? The steps for each macOS version may slightly differ, but you can choose your version from the drop down menu near the top of this link: Use Connection Doctor in Mail on Mac
