delete an app

when i was installing epic game launcher, i canceled it. But the icon is always on my mac. there is no delete button in the launch pad and i also cannot find it in the application folder. How can i delete it?

I want to add more Informations. When I was installing it, I clicked cancel button because I didn't want to use it anymore. Therefore it didn't install on my Mac. After I cancelled the installation, I deleted all the folders related to the Epics Games Launchers. However, I noticed it shows and only shows in the Launchpad. And I can not delete it in the launchpad.

We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...
