iPhone 14 Pro - SIM

Hello friends, I live in Israel, and am interested in purchasing the iPhone 14 Pro in New York, the problem is that I saw that the new iPhone comes without a physical SIM card, and because I travel to many places in the world that do not yet have this app, and of course there is no such option in Israel to use an iPhone without a physical SIM, What to do??
