iOS 16 iPhone Resting Energy

Since updating to iOS 16 on my iPhone it now seems to automatically record resting energy in the Health app. Even if I delete the Health app it still shows as recorded data in Settings>Health>Data Access & Devices>iPhone.

How can I stop it recording this data?

Health data Hello there , is there any opportunity to disable gathering of resting energy on my iPhone? I have completely deleted apple health app from my iPhone, deleted all health data from iCloud , turn of activity censors , I don’t have any medical ID , but in my Health Data I constantly see my iPhone gathering my resting energy through the day . It’s very annoying… what should I turn off more to get rid of this useless information? Thanks in advance!

iPhone 13 not tracking sleep data after iOS 18 update I cannot find answers to this problem from the last time I asked this question, I’ll ask it again. I have an iPhone 13, and had updated to OS 18. Ever since that update happened, the phone no longer tracks my sleep in the Health app. Has anyone had a similar problem, and were you able to correct it? If so, what did you do? There was one person who had a fix for it, but it didn’t work for me. That person had a newer model so perhaps that’s why, but I’d love to know if there’s a fix. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Upon researching this in our iPhone with iOS 16 just like your own, we didn't find an option in the Settings app to disable this feature. For this reason, we recommend submitting feedback to Apple for consideration: Product Feedback
