How do you disable an iPhone from recording ”resting energy”?

Since upgrading to iOS 16, my iPhone 13 has started recording “resting energy”. This data can be seen by going to Settings > Health Data > Data Access and Devices > iPhone.

Note: I’ve already done the following, to no avail:

Deleted the Health app (incl. all Health data)
Deleted the Fitness app
Disabled the Privacy & Security > Motion & Fitness setting
Disabled the Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services > Motion Calibration & Distance setting

You mentioned "Settings > Health Data..." This is not found in the Settings menu. Are you referring to a third-party app? If so, you'll want to reach out to the app developer. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
