I didn't entered any information to health app on my iphone 12 pro max but always I find a lot of data of resting energy and headphones audio levels plz how to disable it ????

Some of this is automatically collected. You can turn off some of it in Settings>Privacy & Security>Motion & Fitness>Fitness Tracking>Off and Settings>Privacy & Security>Health>Headphone Audio Levels>Measure Levels>Off (this may vary depending on country/region).
