I kept my phone on update 9 hours ago but it hasn’t finished updating yet. Tried updating thorough pc but it says I don’t have enough storage. I also tried freeing up storage with pc but I was unable to do that. What should I do to turn my phone on?

Then try to do the update.
You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
