How did you delete your Apple ID exactly? It is very important that you clarify what you did exactly.

Unless you requested deletion directly from Apple through their "Delete Apple ID support mechanism", the Apple ID is not actually deleted.

If you simply cancelled the associated email address, then the Apple ID is still exists and should be accessible if you know the password.

If you don't know the password, you will need to recover it:

start here: link-> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

then here link-> How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you did request it be deleted as explained in: Delete Apple ID support mechanism, and the process has been completed then it cannot be undeleted and the iPad is now unusable:

What happens if I change my mind after I have requested that my account be deleted?

While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can't cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data.

  • After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.

Emailing Apple? No, there is no email for account deletion. You either followed the steps in the link I posted above or you did not. If you did not follow those steps, then it is not actually deleted.

Link-> Delete Apple ID support mechanism

If you did not follow the steps in that link, then the Apple ID is not actually deleted..

You need to explain exactly what you did.

What steps you followed, just emailing apple? To what address even did you email apple for it?

Did you get a confirmation email that is was deleted?

Did it have a code?

We cannot help you, if we don't know what you did exactly.

O.k, so you did go through the actual deletion process.

At this point, then there's nothing you can do. You should have signed out of the Apple ID on the iPad.

As warned in the support document, it is now not possible to remove the account since it no longer exists.
