You cannot uninstall the update sorry.

You can change the font in the lock screen clock by making anew custom lock screen and selecting one of thew 8 available fonts.

No. There are no security issues with the new update. Your iPhone is unlikely to be compromised by anything.

There is no known malware that can affect a non-jailbroken iPhone. Much less one that can affect a brand new iOS version.

Please explain what issues you are seeing exactly. Provide as much detail as possible and someone may be able to help.

You cannot change the location of the lock screen notifications. Sorry.
