PayBright financing

Hi,

I've been in Canada for over a year now as an international student and I've been planning to buy a new macbook for myself as my macbook is so old and it barely functions. As I wanted to finance, I keep getting an error from paybright that I'm not eligible although I've been paid tens of thousands of dollar in tuition by now and whenever I call the support they're either so rude or don't help at all. I really need a macbook and I can't pay the full price now unless I finance. Any help? ):
