Mine is similar. After update it worked for a couple of hours. Now it is not responsive. I have tried all the things listed for ensuring that it works from removing the vehicle from the carplay list of cars, checking Siri, checking VPN. The only thing that seems to help is that i can remove the car, then reboot the phone with it plugged in to USB and it will recognize car play, but not play sound. Once it worked for one drive cycle. When I came back to the vehicle it would not work again. The dealer has now updated with their latest settings but no luck. Still doesnt work.
