The limited warranty runs out 5/17/23 are they covered?
I used them everyday when I walked and I did not use them for two weeks now because of a surgery. and now I can't get them to charge.
My daughter bought them for my birthday through amazon.

Very likely … but consider what “covered” means …
Your Apple product is warrantied against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of original purchase.
