Default admin user cannot open an app but another admin user can open it just fine

I installed an app on my default admin account of my MBP. The app is installed in the Macintosh HD application folder. When I try to open the app it quits unexpectedly. However, if I login as my other admin it will open it just fine. I need to run the app on the default admin account. Help?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.6

I finally got the app to run in the default admin user. What I did was open Terminal and run the app from there. It seemed to clear up whatever problem it was having and now I can run it from the Applications folder just fine.

I hope this solves it for someone else as well. You can lookup YouTube videos that explain how to run an app from the Terminal window if you don't know.
