Hello. I bought an iphone 12pro for cash but didnt check if device was removed fron icloiud, so it wasnt. How can i remove previous icloud id. Thank you.
Your only option is to try to get in contact with the person who sold you the device. You can't go through apple, since you didn't buy the iPhone first hand.

I cant find that person. It is a first time in my life I am buying an Iphone not at the store. So i can do nothing?
The best thing you can do is contact Apple if you can't find the original owner. If they reject an activation lock removal request, nothing you can really do but sell it second-hand.
