Greetings Mosslady1980,

Let’s try a couple things to disable VoiceOver and if not, you can still enter your passcode and we’ll go over how to do that as well.

Try triple-clicking the side button, for an iPhone with Face ID. Does that turn off VoiceOver? If so, you can then change the triple-click functionality in Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut and either disable that or choose a different function for it.

Another place you may see this being activated is with the Back Tap function - Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap.

To enter your passcode with VoiceOver on -

After you tap on an item and it begins to be read to you, tap it again to select it. You are essentially double tapping the item you want to choose, but with a pause in between for it all to register.

Thanks.
