Broken touch screen

My watch won’t let me enter my password. It’s just stuck on the screen, like the touch is broken. First, I tried powering it off and turning it back on, but it wouldn’t even let me swipe the power off button. I forced reset, no luck. I forced reset it on the charger, didn’t work either. I also tried just erasing the whole watch, wouldn’t even let me press the reset button. THEN, I tried resetting the whole watch on my phone with the watch app, said I needed to make sure my watch was paired and not on airplane mode, even tho my Bluetooth said my watch was connected.
