Since iOS16 update, audio streaming to compatible hearing aids does not work for all audio-visual media when paired and selected instead of using phone speaker. Turning off iPhone and turning it back on has not solved the software bug.

Report this to Apple:
Streaming is being performed on the iPhone. The Hearing Aids are an external. connected iPhone. That being so, it is the iOS' connections to these sites getting in the way. With this connectivity issue, report this to Apple. Apple will not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what issues are occurring and what bug fixes to include in versions to come.

Contact the Manufacture of the Hearing Aids:
The manufacture of the hearing aids likely has yet to do their part in making this compatible. Ask them if the have the firmware update you need.
