find my phone 100% battery usage

iPhone: 11

iOS: 16

Few days after update to iOS16 I can see that "Find my" app consume 100% battery during night (idle mode) even if location services for "Find my" is set to While Using not always.

I didn't have this on iOS15 while the settings were the same.

So my question is: is it normal behavior or there is some "bug" in iOS16?
