How to shut off Focus?

if you mean that you want to remove the DND icon from your menubar, press and hold the "command" key while dragging it off of the menubar.

Not possible. You can disable "Do Not Disturb" by clicking its icon but you can't hide it.

FWIW, if you don't want to see the Focus icon in the Menu Bar, you can disable "Show in Menu Bar" in System Preferences > Dock & Menu Bar > Focus. However, the date and time will dim whenever you enable "Do Not Disturb".

Go to system preferences/ notifications /focus then don’t disturb and unselect to turn it off

or you can go to the system preferences and change it there like dialabrain suggested.
