So I just turned 18 and don't have real ID yet but I have my drivers license. I placed a order at the apple store to pickup a phone and it says it needs photo ID would I be able to use that as my photo ID. Because I really don't want to cancel this order

That should be fine - a drivers license is a government issued ID with your photo on it.

I do not know the answer to that, so you best check with Apple (we are all other users here and do not work for Apple).

We have no idea what you have or for what country/state/province/jurisdiction. But in the United States, "Real ID" has a specific meaning: https://www.dhs.gov/real-id unrelated to Apple.
