Hi, over the last 3 days I’ve not been getting any notifications unless I open the phone/apps. I’m booked in with apple next Wednesday (1st available slot). Been to O2 who say it’s not a network issue, but I’ve checked on the analytics bit and it’s showing a “bug type 211” is this something to be concerned about?

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! Since you're not getting call notifications, we suggest checking your Do Not Disturb and Focus settings first. When enabled, they stop notifications from coming through to avoid disturbing you. The article Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or iPad provides information on these features and how to adjust them:
If these features are already disabled and there's not a schedule for them, check to be sure 'Silence Unknown Callers' is disabled in Settings > Phone. Restarting your device is another great step as it can fix many issues.
We also suggest checking to ensure your software is updated to the latest version: Update your iPhone or iPad.

Many thanks for your reply, calls are coming through fine, but nothing else. No WhatsApp notifications, Blink camera, email notifications etc. I have to open the apps to see if I have any messages etc. I’ve tried restarting the phone but no joy. I have an appointment at apple tomorrow so hopefully they can help to fix the issue 🤞🏻
