Does iPhone 14 have the Dynamic Island?

I am considering purchasing a new iPhone and this page indicates Dynamic Island on iPhone is available for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max only. Is it available for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus too?

According to Apple Support's article on Dynamic Island, the feature is currently only available on iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
