Reduce interruptions with notification summary
So maybe I missed it in previous question. It how do I just get that mock “reduce interruptions with notifications summary” off my Lock Screen? So annoying

I believe you're referring to "Notification Summary". You should be able to remove this in Settings > Notifications > Scheduled Summary. If there's a popup, swiping it away like Skydiver wrote should remove it.
