Is it true that within the Move to iOS app, the whatsapp history move is very slow?

I can't restore my chat history from WhatsApp on iPhone Dear Apple Support Team, I am writing this mail because I have an issue with my whatsapp, I deleted it and reinstalled, but when I want to restore my chat history, the download is stopped like the attachment and that for two days, I repeated the installation process more than time but it’s still not working. .. The time that it takes for data to be moved to iOS varies due to how much information is being transferred.
