IOS 16 update

How to restore the Conracts icon after IOS 16 update? My Contacts icon disappeared. However, it was there when I searched for Contacts in the App Store. I scrolled to the Apps library and got the list off apps on my phone. The Contacts app was there. I pressed on it and there was a choice to add it to the Home Screen.

Select the choice to add it to the Home Screen.

Note that you can access Contacts through the Phone app.
