Using macOS Monterey 12.6
the Cisco jabber version 14.0.4.306555
It constantly crashed each time jabber app is launched.
I have tried to uninstall the jabber app and reinstall the app, this will work for that moment.
However that is if I do not restart the MacOS.

For your third party app —have you consulted the developers website for support
if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/Updates

We have thousands of Mac users in our company using 12.6 and Jabber, but our Jabber version is 14.1.0 and is normally configured to start at startup or login. You seem to be using an older version of Jabber?
