Apple ID, and App store

Under settings where my my name is for Apple ID ,I cloud, Media and purchases, I can not click on it. Also I no longer have the App Store on my iPad. I can’t figure out what is going on. Help?

For the Settings problem, have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

For the App Store problem, have you searched for the app?

Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. *
