Billing but no product

Hi I am getting billed for months for an audible membership and every time I want to use it they say there’s no credits on the account. They have said they are not getting the payment but I am getting billed every month.


can we please sort a refund for the previous months I have paid for but not received the membership and can I start using audible from today onwards.

Before you seek a refund, sort out the subscription and the service. Contact: Apple Support (Topics) - choose Subscriptions and Purchases.


You could also apply for a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
