Authenticaion Fail for Apple Media Services

Have not been able to sign in to "Apple Media Services" on any of my devices since Sept 16 2022. Talked to Apple Support, credentials look good, Apple One services are paid up. Essentially no authentication issue they can see. And no solutions offered so far.


Has any one else had any luck with similar issues?


Context is this:

Received my iPhone 14 Pro and after setting up new phone through photo-to-phone transfer. And I noticed after 5 hours, all the apps are still grayed out, and realized I couldn't download any apps from the App Store. Then realized all my music, tv, news subscriptions are not accessible (I guess that's what "Apple Media Services" entails).


I then check all my other devices, iOS, iPad, TV, Mac, etc, they all have the same authentication fail. So none of the apps can be downloaded, no music, no shows, no news. Other iCloud services: including storage, keychain...all seem to work just fine.


What I have tried, all manners of reset, restore, set up phone as new phone (no restore from iCloud, or phone-to-phone transfer), network reset, Apple ID password change. The apple support did tell me that's about all I could do.
