Can’t log into Media & Purchases

Hello,

It started after I added a different card to make a purchase and then had to verify it.

I put the cvv code in and ‘Done’ at top right kept staying greyed out so couldn’t proceed.

I even restarted my phone but that didn’t help.

After a bit I decided to log out of Media and Purchases to log back in and see if that’d work, but when I did I kept getting not found authentication failed message each time. I restarted my phone again and tried it again but it didn’t work.

Im on Family sharing. Would that make any difference?

Any thoughts?

I’ve managed to log back into Media and Purchases.

However, when I try to ‘View Account’ in there or go to ‘Payment and Shipping’, it keeps asking for my password to log into my Apple ID account. I keep putting my password in but it does t proceed to next page and keeps asking for password.

I’ve even changed my password and tried again, and still does nothing but ask for password.

Im at a loss what to do now.

Finally got into 'Payment and Shipping' but having trouble with verifying the card and even adding a payment method - can't do either. This is via my iPhone.

I've logged into the family organiser to try and fix it, but can't find what's wrong. I've even tried changing to PayPal which doesnt work.

I've logged into my own account even to try to change own payment method, but it won't update no matter what I choose.

Apple - I have so much trouble often with changing payment methods that I'm getting fed up.

Anyway, if anyone has any advice or etc, please let me know.
