Can’t Delete Random Shortcuts in my Phone

I know they say it’s not possible but someone or something has infiltrated my iPhone. Last week I had a shortcut set up to open files in my google drive, which I was able to delete. Today I woke up with shortcuts to record and listen to my voice memos, but I am unable to delete this one.

Can anyone help me delete the voice memo shortcut or have any ideas on how to figure out what’s infiltrated my phone? Apple won’t help, Verizon won’t help, google didn’t help. All my passwords have been changed, there’s been no mysterious logins, I’m just not sure where else to check or what to do. It doesn’t make me comfortable knowing someone is poking around all my apps and setting up shortcuts.

Thanks!
