Ir volume is not working

Ir volume function stopped working. Original Apple TV remote works fine.

I am having the exact same issue with IR functionality. Reset the remote, restarted the Apple TV 4K. Id didn’t fix it. Any other thoughts would be helpful.

To be clear though, it is only IR volume. Power on and off still work.
