I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and the last update I installed is 15.2, and now when I try to download Update 16 sometimes I get 15.7 and sometimes 16, I download the update and when I try to install it, I see "Unable to install update, software update requires network connection" and if I get out of the settings, the update is permanently deleted. I have to re-download it again.
