Hi,
i noticed that after updating my iphone 13 to IOS 16, my screen is flickering in apps/system/settings especially when screen touches.
Is it only i see or somebody sees it too?
it feels like 30 Hz refresh rate instead 60 Hz it’s really annoying ugh 😑 (screen below, you could notice especially in glasses)

Which iPhone model do you have? Have you tried restarting the iPhone?
Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

In this case, if it continues after following the steps above, Contact Apple Support or use this Get Support link for assistance as you've exhausted all of the troubleshooting steps you can do on your end.

I also have this problem after iOS 16 update. A lot of people have this in dark colours. Hard restart and iOS reinstall are unhelpful. Apple tested my phone distantly - they told its okay. In iOS 15 I haven’t seen this problem, eyes to sensetive not to see this.

Yep my eyebro 😃, I guess it sensitive not too many eyes, and my eyes really can make difference between 30, 60, 100, 120 hz refresh rate. This issue in very noticeable in dark mode and really annoying and on IOS 15 doesn’t seem this issue, I’m waiting IOS 16.1 if it not will help, i will be going back on ios 15

1. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
2. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
3. Remove any cases or screen protectors.

same issue has Paler97 post above, he tested he’s phone distantly and plug /unplug/restart/reset/reinstall doesn’t help at all, hope this is a bug of ios 16 and 16.1 solves this issue, i know i can’t show this live but my wife’s same iPhone 13 doesn’t have this flickering after updating to ios 16.

Так не увидишь , это сама подсветка мерцает
Да подсветка сама мерцает но не постоянно, причем иногда и бывает в настройках и т д., дрожит сильно заметно как старый ламповый ТВ, так на 15 оси не было такого бреда.
😂 для чего, может еще самому вокруг покрутиться, прям как apple советует
Проверка экрана на мерцание.
С этим все в порядке, мерцание не заметил оно проявляется в играх некоторых и редко в системе
