Share Focus Status Grayed Out Still

My Share Focus Status is grayed out for contacts in my Messages. I have gone to my iPhone settings and done the the following and it's still grayed out....

Settings>Focus and toggled on "Share Across Devices"

Settings>Messages and allowed Messages to access Focus

Settings>Privacy>Focus and verified that Focus is shared with Messages

Settings>Apple ID>iCloud drive and toggled that on

What is the fix for this? Thanks!
