Is there a wrist strap for the remote in my Apple TV 4K (I cannot find it in the box)— seems weird no wrist strap included; am I just not finding it???)

No, not included.

In the early Siri Remote (1st generation) days, a wrist strap was sold separately in the Apple Store online. Not anymore. Try Amazon or similar shops.
