these are two different iphone 13 of me and my uncle, there is no ghost icon in my uncle's control center, but when I open control center on my phone ghost icons appear in the top right and top left corner, I took it to the authorized apple center service, they replaced the screen with the original screen but the problem persists, hard reset doesn't work, could the problem be with the GPU or what's the problem? can you help

We see you have your device at max brightness. It's expected for you to see some image persistence on your device at max brightness in the circumstances you're showing. If the service center replaced your iPhone for this under the same conditions, that's okay, but you're not experiencing an issue that requires service or any concern on your part.
