Yes, iOS version 16 is the latest released version by Apple.
If you are participating in the beta program then you would have installed a beta profile in the past. If you do not remember whether you had installed a beta profile on your iPhoen then double check by opening Settings ➡️ General ➡️ VPN & Device Management ➡️ Confirguration Profile: If you have a beta profile installed then you will see it here.
