Hi poetion,

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

We understand that your sound is low on your Powerbeats Pro. To directly address this, start by testing sound in different apps. Pair your Beats with a different device. This will determine whether the issue is with a specific app or device. If you're using an iOS device (iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad) make sure that it is running the latest version. This will ensure that your Beats are also on the latest firmware version.

If you do not have an iOS device, you can download the Beats Updater for the latest version.

If the behavior continues, reset your Beats. This will remove the pairing record and you will need to pair with your device again.

Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
Release the system button.
The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Powerbeats Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.

These steps can be found in Reset your Beats earphones

Regards.
