Beats studio buds and airpods aren’t working with video calls on Windows

I have a pair of beats studio buds and a pair of AirPods, and both are perfectly working with my iPhone or any other phone. Even if it’s an android, the problem comes when I try to connect them to a Windows computer (I have tried them with a Mac and they work fine just like they do on the phone) when I connect them to a windows computer, they sound and play just fine. There’s no problem with that but, when I tried to join a video conference, with either one of the ear phones connected for some reason, audio stops playing and the microphone stops working and anything that that I had playing on a different tab stops working to this only happens when I try to join a video conference with the headphones connected but if I want to use them just to play some music or anything else they work fine, and again this is only happening with windows, macOS working just fine.

I don’t know if this is a compatibility issue or anything but it’s pretty annoying. Any solutions to days would be greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

If everything works fine everywhere else except in windows, you have a windows issue.

I don't do windows, so all I can tell you is check for updates.

Check the manufacturer's website for any driver updates.

Contact Microsoft for help.
