if I use an esim, can I go back to the regular SIM card when I want?

Where did you purchase your iPhone? The iPhone 14 sold in the U.S. only supports eSIMs; you cannot use a SIM card with it.

With iPhone 14 sold in other countries, you could go back to a physical SIM at any time or use both.
