rain forecast also of sudden showing 0% (iPhone 14 pro / iOS 16)

So just changed to iPhone 14 pro and updated to iOS 16 (inc updates).

The rain forecast widget on lock screen & mirrored on watch 7 (on os 9) are now showing zero % chance of rain.

We have weather warning in place, it has been raining for hours and will do for many more.

So not sure if this is an iOS 16 problem or iPhone 14 pro problem.

Worked fine on the iPhone 12 pro (and mirrored correctly to watch)

any ideas ?
