The application does not work for Apple Watch 5 software 7.3.3 which are connected with iPhone 6s. The phone has the latest version of Accuweather installed and works fine, but takes 12 seconds to boot. The watch displays only a dark screen when loading an application. How to fix the bug, is there any solution to the problem.

I like the MyRadar app and the default Apple Weather app. Once in a while, I'll also use WeatherBug.
Both MyRadar and WeatherBug give me advanced notice when it is going to start raining. I find that useful when on my bicycle and I'm given a 20 minute warning to get home before I get wet .
WeatherBug like to also give me pollen warnings.
As FieryJack says, talk to Accuweather about their app's performance.
