Verification code not working
Our app purchases are under my phone and my wife is trying to update an app. I see the verification code but it greys out on her phone and will not work. Not sure how to fix it.

Hi Danny01,
We understand you are unable to enter the verification code sent to your device. Are you and your wife using the same Apple ID? If not, the verification code will not work. The code is design to work under one Apple ID account. Take a look at setting up Family Sharing. With Family Sharing you and your wife can share apps, subscriptions, and more while using separate Apple IDs.
