If your iPhone is disabled, you need to use a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac Catalina or higher) to restore the phone by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

If you don't have a computer, you'll need to borrow friends computer or visit an Apple Store and use one of their computers.
