Can I book an appointment at the Apple store to get help with this issue?
My laptop is not connecting to wifi and I’ve tried resetting the router, connecting to a hot spot, and plugging in an Ethernet cable. I ran the recommended diagnostic but it’s just telling me to restart the router (I already did this and it’s not fixing the issue). Can I book an appointment at my local Apple store to get some help with this?
