Weather Widget

How do I get weather on my Lock Screen? I have iOS 16 and an iPhone 10R. I tried all the sites that tell me to got news and turn on but no weather option appears there. I have tried to edit widgets but there is no weather app listed in my widgets!

So how do I get a weather widget and how to get it on my Lock Screen? Please help this has been driving me crazy since iOS 16 came out. I cant seem to be able to have live weather on my Lock Screen as when I select the astronomy screens there is no weather available there either, just astronomy.
