Hello arizagb.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. There isn't an option to recover your generated recovery key. You will need to generate a new one by following these steps here: How to generate a recovery key - Apple Support

On iPhone:

1.) Go to Settings > [your name] > Password & Security. You might need to enter your Apple ID password.
2.) Tap Recovery Key.
3.) Slide to turn on Recovery Key.
4.) Tap Use Recovery Key and enter your device passcode.
5.) Write down your recovery key and keep it in a safe place.
6.) Confirm your recovery key by entering it on the next screen.

You'll need to know your Apple ID and password and have access to a trusted device. If you don't know your Apple ID, follow the guidance listed here: If you forgot your Apple ID email address or phone number - Apple Support

We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck.

You have no options. Your data is only accessible with that Apple ID and password, and the password can only be reset with that 28-character recovery key. The recovery key turns off the usual forgotten-password reset. You’ll need to remember the password, find the key, or start over again with a new Apple ID, and work with Apple Support to shut off any subscriptions.

If you’re going to use an account recovery key, it really is imperative you keep that 28 character key somewhere you can retrieve it when needed.

Note that Apple cannot do anything for you either. Using an account recovery key disables any methods by which Apple may be able to recover an AppleID. So without the key, you’re never going to recover the AppleID.
