Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Hard drive not booting up

On booting up Macbook pro get a folder with a question mark. Have tried to run a repair and reinstall the Mac OS but no luck. Also sometimes get a message saying You may not install to this volume because it is not mounted. Any help would be really appreciated.
